		<description>In regards to your seat belt question, the simplest solution would be to have him take the chest belt portion of the seat belt and tuck it under his arm pit so it stays away from the neck area.  Was this your only question...or did you want some more information on Laryngeal Cancer?  I hope this helps...good luck with your father.</description>
